What sets this Noble Home & Chef Knife Roll Bag apart? It holds knives up to 18" (knives not included) and can carry up to 11 knives, including a meat cleaver pouch. There's also an additional utility pocket for kitchen shears or tools, and 4 additional slots for tasting spoons or utensils. For easy transport, it comes with both a handle and an adjustable, removable shoulder strap. It even includes a business card/name tag identification holder.

The bag is crafted with 600 Denier, thick polyester canvas and double-stitching to ensure its integrity and strength. The polyester flaps cover and secure the knives, while strong metal zippers keep them safely inside. Adjustable straps and quick-release buckles enable you to cinch up your knife roll quickly and securely for safe transport.

When rolled, the knife roll measures 8" L x 19" W. When open, it's 19" L x 23" W. The lower knife pockets are 5.75" L x 2" W, and the upper ones are 4.5" L x 2" W. The meat cleaver pouch, including handle space, is 16" L x 4" W, while the pouch alone is 12" L x 4" W. The utility pocket is 12" L x 4" W, and the utensil slots are 3.5" L.
